Description: Originating from the prestigious Sauternes appellation in Bordeaux, France, this luscious sweet wine is crafted from Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc grapes affected by noble rot, concentrating sugars and flavours intensely. Harvested by hand in successive tries and aged in oak, it comes in a convenient 50cl bottle. Displaying a deep golden amber colour, the wine offers an opulent bouquet of dried apricot, orange marmalade, honeyed ginger, and toasted nuts. The palate is full-bodied, rich, and sweet, perfectly counterbalanced by fresh acidity that prevents heaviness.
